Fast food restaurants frequently offer "classic" toys with their children's meals. The first Barbie dolls were introduced in March 1959. During August 1993, Romantic Bride Barbie was the "girl" toy option for Happy Meals at McDonald's (boys could request Hot Wheels cars). There were eight Barbies offered at the time, including "Western Stampin'"and "Birthday Party" versions.
