The practice of Universal Design advocates for the inclusion of a range of bodies and abilities in the design of objects. Each of the objects in this exhibit represents the story of a designer working to transform an ordinary object into one that performs better for a group whose needs are often overlooked: older adults. The results are products that work better for all of us.
