Important Ticket Information

Daily Attractions & Membership - General Information

Please review your purchase carefully and check the date, time, quantity, and type of ticket for errors. Tickets that are not printed at home or picked up by the time / date of visit you have selected online will be void -- no refunds or exchanges will be allowed. All Museum, Village, and Ford Rouge online tickets, once printed or picked up, are redeemable one year from the date of visit you selected online. Giant Screen Experience and Special Events tickets are only valid on the date and time purchased. All tickets, including Giant Screen Experience, are general admission.

All online ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Events at The Henry Ford are held rain or shine, even outdoor events.

No service fees are charged for purchases online or on site. A $2.50 service fee will be charged for all orders through the Call Center.

Children 4 and under are free to the Museum and Village. Children age 2 and under that do not require their own seat are free to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour and the Giant Screen Experience. These free admissions are not available online. Please inform a cashier or ticket attendant upon arrival if there are children under 4 (or under 2 for Giant Screen Experience and Ford Rouge) in your party.

Parking

A $6.00 parking and road maintenance fee will be charged for all orders. Members and Giant Screen Experience-only patrons will not be charged for parking. Spaces are available for buses and RVs. We do not have parking gates or booths. All fees are collected at the point of ticket purchase either on site, through the Call Center, or the web site. If you are purchasing in advance over the phone or on our web site, you will be assessed this fee upon the time of purchase, not upon arrival.

Group admission

Groups of 15 or more are eligible for discounted group admission prices. Group reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order for group discount pricing to apply. Group reservations cannot be made online at this time. Please contact our Call Center at 313-982-6001 Monday-Sunday, 9am to 5pm.

Ford Rouge Factory Tour

All Ford Rouge Factory Tour ticket holders must arrive at The Henry Ford and take a shuttle bus to the Ford Rouge Factory Visitor Center. Buses run continuous from The Henry Ford Campus beginning at 9:20 AM. The last bus to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour leaves The Henry Ford at 3pm daily. We cannot guarantee your transportation to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour if you miss the last bus of the day, nor will you receive a refund.

The plant will not be in production (workers will not be making trucks) on weekends or on certain dates. Please check production dates for more details.  We cannot guarantee that workers will be making trucks during your visit.  No refunds or exchanges will be given based on non-production during your visit.

Giant Screen Experience

All tickets, are general admission, first-come, first seated. Recommended arrival time is 30-45 minutes in advance of show/event time, especially on opening weekends. No late seating allowed. Please be advised, many features do not have pre-shows, trailers, or commercials prior to show time and start promptly at the time printed on your ticket.

Children age 2 and under that do not require their own seat are free to the Giant Screen Experience. These free admissions are not available online. Please inform a cashier or ticket attendant upon arrival if there are children under 2 in your party. All Children 12 years and under who require a seat of their own (including infants in carriers) require a Youth ticket at the full Youth price. We highly recommend that all children at least 2 years and up have their own seat in the theater.

Strollers are not allowed in the theater; stroller parking is available in the lobby. Handicap access and seating are available. Please see a team member for assistance.

All online Giant Screen Experience ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable.

Membership Purchases

All online membership purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. All new membership cards will be mailed to you directly. If you have renewed your membership prior to your expiration date, you may continue to use your current card.

When visiting with your membership, please remember to bring your photo ID. You will be asked to show your valid card and ID at the venue gates.
